FIGURE OUT YOUR FINANCES

Determine how much money you can afford for your down payment and how much you can afford to pay on a monthly basis. Go to a lender to find out the size of mortgage you qualify for and get pre-approved. We can recommend loan officers.

Be prepared. Possible information that could be required for loan processing may include:

  • Personal Tax Returns for Past two (2) years with W-2 and all attachments
  • Corporate Tax Returns for past two (2) years with K-1 (self employed)
  • Most recent pay stubs covering the last 30 days
  • Last three (3) months bank statements of all checking, savings, and asset accounts. Include any IRA or 401K accounts
  • Landlord information covering the last 2 years (if applicable)
  • Divorce degree of Bankruptcy documentation (if applicable)
